Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Project:
Supports our client's technical teams to define, analyze, and document requirements for complex systems and technology solutions
Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality presentations and decks for senior leadership.

Present findings and recommendations verbally to top executives.

Run SQL queries to extract and analyze data (no coding required).

Support the transfer of accounts/data between bank systems (details confidential).

Work with business partners to ensure GL posting and accounting system integration.

Assist in consolidating bank accounts for the factoring business.

Be a hands-on, self-starter who can manage multiple priorities.
Required Experience & Skills:

Finance or accounting background required.

Experience working within accounting or finance systems.

Strong understanding of balance sheets and P&L.

Excellent verbal and presentation skills.

Proficient in SQL for data querying (no coding required).

Ability to collaborate with business partners and present to senior leadership.

Self-motivated, available most of the time, able to work independently.
Preferred:

Experience with bank account consolidations (not required, but a plus).

As the business continues to grow, there is an increasing need for dedicated Salesforce support across key sales enablement platforms. This role will play a critical part in stabilizing the Salesforce environment, enhancing tool efficiency, and supporting planned enhancements aligned with SMB growth initiatives.

Currently, the client is taking over Quickbase from another business unit. This project will be focused on optimizing workflows, data management, and IAM for the Quickbase application.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience developing applications using QuickBase platform
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across various departments
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
