Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Job Duration: Contracting through 12/31/2025 (open to extensions)
Location: Raleigh, NC (2 day hybrid schedule)
Project:
Supports our client's technical teams to define, analyze, and document requirements for complex systems and technology solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality presentations and decks for senior leadership.

  • Present findings and recommendations verbally to top executives.

  • Run SQL queries to extract and analyze data (no coding required).

  • Support the transfer of accounts/data between bank systems (details confidential).

  • Work with business partners to ensure GL posting and accounting system integration.

  • Assist in consolidating bank accounts for the factoring business.

  • Be a hands-on, self-starter who can manage multiple priorities.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Finance or accounting background required.

  • Experience working within accounting or finance systems.

  • Strong understanding of balance sheets and P&L.

  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in SQL for data querying (no coding required).

  • Ability to collaborate with business partners and present to senior leadership.

  • Self-motivated, available most of the time, able to work independently.

Preferred:

  • Experience with bank account consolidations (not required, but a plus).

  • Background in the factoring.

The Select Group is partnering with an enterprise information technology company to find a skilled and customer-oriented mid-level Desktop Support Technician. In this position you will have the opportunity to work with executive level stake holders and advance your troubleshooting skills in a diverse hardware and software environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, and skilled support technician with the ability to prioritize ticket resolution and communicate effectively with customers.



Desktop Support Technician Must Have Skills
 
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical desktop support role
  • Experience deploying and supporting Windows environment
  • Additional MacOS experience is a plus
  • Experience installing and removing hardware and software
  • Ability to prioritize ticket resolution and communicate effectively with customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide onsite support M-F during the hours of 8am-5pm

Desktop Support Technician Day to Day Responsibilities
 
  • Provide Tier 2 desktop support
  • Workstation setups for both Windows and macOS deployments
  • Respond and resolve incidents and requests through ticketing system
  • Hardware troubleshooting including – printers/copiers/MFPs/A/V technology
  • Application troubleshooting and escalations
  • Mobile and tablet troubleshooting support

The Select Group's client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join its Strategy & Insights team. As the business continues to grow, there is an increasing need for dedicated Salesforce support across key sales enablement platforms. This role will play a critical part in stabilizing the Salesforce environment, enhancing tool efficiency, and supporting planned enhancements aligned with SMB growth initiatives.

The Strategy & Insights team supports internal sales teams and channel partners by ensuring their CRM and sales tools are optimized, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for daily system operations, supporting integrated tools such as Gong, Distribution Engine, and RingCentral, and contributing to platform improvement efforts.

Must Have Skills

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B or sales ops environment

  • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Custom Objects, Reports, Dashboards)

  • Experience supporting sales enablement platforms (Gong, Distribution Engine, RingCentral)

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; multitasking in fast-paced settings

  • Excellent communication skills when working with cross-functional, non-technical teams

The Select Group is looking for a Quickbase Application Developer to join the team at one of our telecommunications clients in the Littleton, CO area. 
Currently, the client is taking over Quickbase from another business unit. This project will be focused on optimizing workflows, data management, and IAM for the Quickbase application.

Requirements: 
- 3-5 years of experience developing applications using QuickBase platform
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across various departments
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Understanding of database concepts and relational data design
- Experience with QuickBase formulas, pipelines, and automation features
- Experience working with MySQL databases for data management tasks (preferred)
- Basic understanding of API concepts and web services
